For this reason, The Job Shop guarantees its direct-hire placements with a 100% refund or credit if the employee leaves or is terminated during the first sixty days of employment. This is permanent staffing not a temp to hire.
To validate your guarantee, payment of the fee is due to The Job Shop within fourteen days of the invoice date. We will screen, test, and send our candidates to your company to be considered for a particular job order. If you hire the candidate for that position or another within your company, or refer that person to another company, within one year starting from the date The Job Shop presents the candidate to you, the fee as described above will apply.
