Brews on the Bay 2017

S.S. Jeremiah O’Brian, Pier 45, San Francisco

1 PM,  Ages: 21+

$55

BEER LIST IS NOW LIVE — OVER 90 BREWS — brewsonthebay.org

Soak up the salty air, sunshine and spectacular views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and San Francisco while enjoying local craft beer at one of the most memorable and unique festivals in the country.

BREWS ON THE BAY returns Saturday, Sept. 16, for its 14th year on the S.S. Jeremiah O’Brien, an historic World War II merchant marine ship docked at Pier 45 — and this year, more San Francisco breweries will be participating than ever.

Produced by the San Francisco Brewers Guild, this event is one of the Bay Area’s most intimate beer festivals — one the brewers themselves look forward to.

Local brewers will be out in force, serving unlimited pours of their latest and greatest IPAs, farmhouse ales, session beers, barrel-aged sours, imperial stouts, and many other beer styles, with over 70 beers set to flow.

2017 Brewery Line Up:

21st Amendment Brewery Almanac Beer Co. Anchor Brewing Co. Barebottle Beer Co. Barrel Head Brewhouse Beach Chalet Restaurant & Brewpub Black Hammer Brewing Co. Black Sands Brewing Co. Cellarmaker Brewing Co. Ferment. Drink. Repeat Fort Point Beer Co. Harmonic Brewing Co. Headlands Brewing Co. Holy Craft Brewing Co. Laughing Monk Brewing Co. Local Brewing Co. Pine Street Brewery Magnolia Brewing Co. San Francisco Brewing Co. Seven Stills Brewery & Distillery Social Kitchen & Brewery Southpaw BBQ Speakeasy Ales & Lagers Standard Deviant Brewing Co. ThirstyBear Organic Brewery Triple Voodoo Brewery Woods Beer Co.

Local food vendors will provide a variety of food options for purchase.

This is our 14th year aboard the S.S. Jeremiah O’Brien, an historic landmark from the World War II Merchant Marine era ship, and appropriately, a portion of festival proceeds benefits the National Liberty Ship Memorial. This 2017 installment of Brews on the Bay will be our biggest and best yet, so we hope you can join us!

Please note: If gluten sensitive, a number of “near zero” gluten options will be available from select breweries, which will be highlighted once the beer list is released. (There will be no cider.)

“Watch sailboats glide past Alcatraz? Sample beer from dozens of San Francisco breweries? Drink locally hand-crafted ales and lagers aboard an historic American WWIII ship as you take in one of the most famous bays in the world… Who the hell wouldn’t want to do that?”

Please review prior to purchase:

Brews on the Bay is organized by the San Francisco Brewers Guild, a non-profit 501(c)(6) founded in 2004. The Guild’s mission is to unite those who make local beer with those who love it, reviving the vibrant heritage of beer brewing in San Francisco.
