Murder at the Conservatory

Join us at the turn of the 20th century for the second season of Murder at the Conservatory. Don your sleuthing cap and help Detective Burdock Loames crack the caper in…


A mysterious manuscript containing a bizarre botanical encyclopedia of otherworldly plants has surfaced. It is written in a language unbeknownst to anyone alive, defying all attempts of brilliant linguists and genius cryptographers to lay bare its secrets. One of the many theories about the manuscript is that its pages hold a recipe for the Elixer of Life, granting immortality to they who consume it.

Now, a brilliant young cryptographer claims to have deciphered the enigmatic codex and soon afterward is discovered murdered in the recently completed Conservatory of Flowers.

The 9th Annual Salsa Festival on the Fillmore in San Francisco is a free, two-day extravaganza featuring salsa lessons, live music, and a free huge outdoor dance party under the stars at the Fillmore Center Plaza.

The annual Salsa Festival on the Fillmore will take place from 6 pm until 10 pm nightly (Friday & Saturday) at the Fillmore Center Plaza located on Fillmore & O’Farrell Street. This is a free and very fun dance party that will keep you coming back every year with dance lessons, a DJ and live entertainment — this is fun for all.

Sausalito Art Festival

Marinship Park, Sausalito

The Sausalito Art Festival is the top-rated event of its kind and the perfect way to celebrate the end of summer over Labor Day Weekend. Meet over 250 artists representing 14 mediums, enjoy musical entertainment from Mainstage Headliners to mellow artist stage musicians, gourmet bites, fine wine, champagne, beer and premium beverages.

The Bay Area’s biggest Labor Day weekend event, the 48th Annual Millbrae Art & Wine Festival transforms downtown Millbrae into the “Big Easy.”

Celebrate the “The Last Blast of Summer” with massive crowds expected for a world-class lineup of music, art, food and mardi gras-style fun.

This free Mardi Gras-style celebration features two sun-splashed days of live music on stage and on the streets throughout downtown.

The dynamite music lineup includes Petty Theft, Illegals, Rock Steady SF, East Bay Mudd, Patron Music, Viva La Reve, Loudin’ Cleer, John Clarke, Bob Culbertson, Stephen Dreyfuss and HeartStrings Music.

The Afrocentric Oakland Crew invites all citizens of the African Diaspora to Mosswood Park for the annual Pan African Family Reunion, a free day of sunshine in the park with a great variety of music, arts & crafts, dancing, and games for adults and kids alike.

Through participation in a full day of holistic health workshops and entertainment, the day intends to celebrate the rich cultures of Africa and its global influences. This is a great day the entire family will enjoy.

This is a free community event that is desperately needed and desired by thousands in need of pride and hope, but can only be made possible with donations from caring community members like you. Donations to their IndieGoGo are appreciated.
