JOB DESCRIPTION
50% Office Assistant – front desk, ordering supplies, general upkeep of office, mail, first point of contact
50% Executive Assistant – Supporting the Director of the office – scheduling, calendar, travel arrangements, expense reports, must have strong MS Office skills – especially Excel and Outlook.
Must be proactive and can anticipate needs of the office. Outgoing, quick learner, able to juggle multiple tasks.
Experience: 2-4 years
College Degree: Preferred
