As a Dispatcher, excellent communication skills, combined with a clear phone voice is necessary. Prior dispatching experience for a service company is a PLUS.
This position requires a high degree of organization, computer skills, attention to detail, customer service, a team player, having the energy to work in a fast-paced team environment, and able to embrace change.
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally in English
Answering phones, email, and heavy data input – Must have strong technical and data entry skills
Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations for service based on location, skill level of the technicians, and facility guidelines.
Receive service requests from customers and coworkers. Enter information into the computer.
Order necessary equipment for jobs
Provide administrative, informational, and customer service support to external customers, service technicians, and sales team
