Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, the Concierge is the first point of contact for people entering the floor. The Concierge is committed to providing the highest level of five star service and hospitality to all Residents and their Guests.
Amongst other things, the responsibilities of the Concierge are to:
personal training sessions
reserve the Screening Room
arrange for special food and wine tastings in the Wine Tasting Room
make restaurant reservations
respond to the needs of Residents
be an integral part of the coordination and management of the Events Program
The Concierge must at all times display a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering telephones or addressing people who have approached the amenities. The Concierge Associate is expected to possess a working knowledge of the Association’s rules, policies and procedures, as well as familiarity with the Association’s amenities and surroundings in order to assist residents and their guests.
