DESCRIPTION
Consulting firm seeks a Personal Benefits Representative to deliver benefits administration services to clients who have outsourced all or part of their benefits administration.
Key functions include:
· Client account management
· Resolving client employee issues
· Client account auditing
· Coordinating compliance with key regulatory provisions including COBRA, HIPAA and Section 125 discrimination testing
· Open Enrollment management
· Assistance in training of Benefit Coordinators.
Ideal candidates will have:
· Strong benefits administration background and a passion for employee benefits
· 3-5 years experience in benefits with employer, insurer or TPA
· Strong systems knowledge or ability to learn/troubleshoot new systems easily
· Knowledge of BeneTrac, premium payments, COBRA, and eligibility
· Intermediate to advanced computer skills. Experience with Excel and Word
· Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
· BA/BS in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent
· CEBS certification a plus.
TITLE LOCATION SALARY
Office Administrator East Bay Open (DOE)
DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for supporting the Practice Leaders, managing day-to-day activities of the administrative support staff, implementing the Human Resources function, monitoring office work deadlines, and acting as a liaison between the local office and the corporate office. Will also be involved with employee relations, benefits, recruitment, and training and development. Full-time, salaried, exempt.
Minimum Experience:
- 4-year degree or equivalent acceptable experience and training 3-5 years of office management and HR experience
- Strong customer service and computer skills a must
- Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Staff supervisory experience

Account Executive - outside sales East Bay Base salary $30K + commission
DESCRIPTION
The Account Executive (AE) is an outside sales person with most of their time spent prospecting for new accounts (cold calling, networking).
Company has a multi-level sell and focuses on working with companies that have more than 250 employees, primarily with HR/Benefits Managers. AE is selling an employee benefit, helping the company with retention and recruitment issues, and saving them money on payroll taxes through commuter benefits. Once the company is on board, they will work with the employees to form vanpools.
