The Job Shop was started to find solutions to people's needs. Of course we are here to provide a service to clients in need of staff, but we also enjoy participating in and encouraging our applicants to participate in events that benefit the community, such as The AIDS Walk and Toys for Tots. We also work with a local women's shelter to provide assistance to women who are in need of interviewing tips, résumé assistance, and employment. Most recently, The Job Shop's staff participated in cleaning up Ocean Beach for the national day of service. The way we see it, giving back to the community is one way of using our expertise in a productive manner.
